1. What is "ct"?
"ct" is grid quantity in one inch. For example, 11ct means 11 grids in one inch, 14ct means 14 grids in one inch. So compared with 11ct, 14ct grid is smaller, finished picture size will be smaller, pattern looks more delicate and beautiful.
"unprinted/counted" is blank canvas
"printed/stamped" is printed canvas. Pattern was pre printed on canvas, to help identify different color thread, it can be washed off after finish the whole picture. It makes cross stitch much much easier and faster, recommend!!!
Note: if the pattern is printed on the cloth (11ct printed or 14ct printed), the cloth must not touch the water until the embroidery is finished, otherwise the printed part will disappear.
3. How many threads should I use to sewing?
The thread on paper pad should be divided to 6 stands.
14ct please use 2 strands threads for full stitch, 1 strands thread for back stitch.
11ct please use 3 strands threads for full stitch, 2 strands threads for back stitch.
4. What is half stitch?
Half stitch is half cross, full stitch is full stitch.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
