If buy for order production,300pcs for bags, and 500pcs for belts to use available material in the market
and excluding test requirement.
If buy for stock:any piece you want, but without test requirement.
If you have test requirement, we need to discuss when there is any specific style and we will let you
know MOQ.
2. How much for sampling ?
If you offer courier account to send samples, we can offer belt sample for free, and charge usd35.00
for bags. Sample charge can be return after order above our MOQ is placed.
3. How many days for sampling ?
3-15 days for belts and fashion accessories if all things can be available in the market.
15-25 days for belts if some parts are needed to make mould.
10-20 days for bags if all things can be available in the market.
20-30 days for belts if some parts are needed to make mould.
4. How many days for production ?
15-30 days for belt and fashion accessories production time after you confirmed all.
30-50 days for bags production time after you confirmed all.
5. Could I put my own logo on products ?
Sure, customers’ logo can be made by laser, engraved, embossed, transfer Printing etc.
6. Should I pay extra for logo printing ?
yes, there will be extra charge depending on your logo style and printing way.
7. If I have my thoughts, do you have person to design according to my concept ?
Yes, our design team is willing to do for you.
8. Did you pass any factory audit ?
Yes, we have pass factory audit for BSCI and Sedex.
9. Can you pass test ?
Yes, we can pass some strict test requirement with Reach or USA standard.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
We can ship to most of the address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
